Most metals are prepared for painting by sandblasting.  Sandblasting is simply sand being blasted at high velocity onto a metal surface.  This action quickly removes all paint, surface rust, millscale, and any other contaminate from the metal leaving its surface clean and etched ready for painting.

We have two large sandblast booths 18m x 4.5m x 5m and 12m x 10m x 6m. These can be joined together to make one booth 30m long.

We also do large onsite jobs and have our own portable dust extraction unit.

We also do large shotpeening jobs such as inside road tankers etc.
